At Tunaweza Innovation Hub, we believe true growth happens when young people challenge their limits. That’s why we designed the Comfort Zone Challenge an outdoor experiential activity aimed at pushing our youth scholars beyond what is familiar and into spaces of uncertainty, trust, and transformation.

With blindfolds on and guided only by the sound of each other’s voices and the rustling of the grass, participants crossed muddy waters, thick vegetation, and slippery ground. It wasn’t just a physical test it was a powerful metaphor for navigating life and entrepreneurship: trusting the process even when you can’t see the outcome.

These brave young individuals proved that courage is not the absence of fear but the choice to keep moving forward despite it. They supported one another, laughed through the mess, and came out stronger, more connected, and deeply inspired.
