Tunaweza Innovation Hub was founded in 2024 through a strategic partnership between SINA (Social Innovation Academy), Don Bosco Vocational Training Centre Bombo, and Don Bosco Mondo e.V.

Our model combines vocational training with entrepreneurial incubation. We support youth from Bombo and surrounding communities who are struggling to convert their skills into income. Instead of training for a job market that may not exist, we empower young people to launch sustainable ventures in fields like tailoring, mechanics, catering, ICT, and more.

Our programs are anchored in the SINA Framework—a globally recognized system based on freesponsibility, self-organization, and regenerative community building. Within Tunaweza, each youth designs their own learning journey and takes real responsibility within the hub itself, acquiring life skills, business tools, and leadership experience.

Every scholar becomes part of something bigger: a local community transforming itself from within.
